Forje Terms

These terms explain the basic rules for ordering and using Forje Sigils, digital card pages, account portals, team dashboards, wallet passes, QR codes, and related services. By purchasing or using Forje, you agree to these terms.

1. What Forje Provides

Forje provides physical NFC Sigils and hosted digital profile pages that can share contact details, links, wallet passes, lead forms, team profiles, and related information. Your digital profile can be updated without replacing the physical Sigil.

2. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Orders are paid at checkout. Individual pricing and team pricing are shown before checkout. Custom logo or team options may change pricing when shown in checkout or agreed directly. Forje may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, incomplete, or technically impossible to fulfill.

3. Setup and Customer Content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you upload or publish on your card, including names, photos, logos, links, business details, and uploaded images. Do not upload content that infringes someone else's rights, impersonates another person or company, or contains illegal or harmful material.

If you upload a logo, mark, artwork, or brand asset for a physical or digital Forje product, you confirm that you own it or have written permission to use it. You are responsible for any trademark, copyright, right-of-publicity, or brand-rights claim connected to the content you provide, and Forje may refuse, pause, or cancel logo production if the artwork appears unauthorized or risky.

4. Teams and Admins

Team admins may create or manage shared settings for team member cards, including locked or prefilled fields. Team admins are responsible for having permission to invite members, use company branding, and manage team data.

5. Shipping and Fulfillment

Forje will craft and ship Sigils after payment and setup details are received. You will be notified when your Sigil has shipped. Shipping timing can vary based on production workload, materials, carrier delays, and order complexity.

6. Digital Service Availability

Forje aims to keep hosted cards fast and available, but no online service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted. Maintenance, internet outages, third-party providers, carrier issues, DNS, Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, or device/browser behavior can affect availability.

7. Updates, Changes, and Support

Forje may update the website, card design, checkout flow, dashboard, wallet support, or team tools over time. For support, email hello@forje.net.

8. Privacy

Forje handles personal information according to the Privacy Policy. Card owner data, lead submissions, team member details, and order information may be processed to operate the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forje is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-business damages arising from your use of the product or service. Forje's total liability for a paid order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
